In this video, I show you how to create your Projections, Sales Forecast, and Cash Flow Statement to add to your Growth Plan. When you are working on your projections, you will notice that you are only creating one week per month. At the bottom of the form, it multiplies it by 4 to create the total month scenario. You will be able to do a lot of copy and pasting from one month to the next to make it easy to create your job scenarios.
