In This Program, I will show you how to create your Embroidery Business Plan. This is extremely important when starting or maintaining a profitable embroidery business. Without a plan, which is your roadmap to success, it is hard to know what your next step should be.
Start with Module 1 and go through the entire lesson before going onto the next lesson. Watch all of the videos in each lesson first. Download the Note Sheets and print them out to use to follow along and take notes. It is best if you do not skip around.
After you are all through with the videos in the first Module, go back and watch the videos again and do the home work that is applicable to that video. Do not move on to Module 2 until you are finished with Module 1. Continue this same action until you get through all of the Modules and finish your Embroidery Business Plan.

In this first Module, I am going to talk about building the foundation elements of your business. I will go over various ways to work more efficiently and then cover the Business Development portion of the actual Embroidery Business Plan. You will find links to the forms that I will be using on the Forms page for you to download and use. You may also want to print out the Presentation Note Sheets to follow along with and write notes on as you watch the presentation.
