This is one of the most important tools that I have ever created. It lets me know at a glance how much work I have in house at all times. I can schedule all my jobs because I know immediately how long each one is going to take. I used this in my business for many years. It started out as a simple tool, but I keep changing it and adding more columns to make it more versatile.
