Learn The Simple, Step by Step, Process For Creating Puff Embroidery That Sews Out Great Every Single Time!
Puff or 3D Embroidery is a process that is done with the addition of a piece of foam placed under the embroidery to give it a raised or 3D appearance. Puff embroidery works best on a cap but may also be used for garments such as jackets that are not washed frequently or placed in the dryer. It is also not recommended for a garment that will be dry cleaned.
During this training you will learn how to create the 3D or Puff embroidery that is so popular today especially on caps! I have created a 2 inch Full Block alphabet for you to use as your own. You will find it at the bottom of the video section in a zip file. Follow these simple, step by step, instructions for creating foam or puff designs and sew out your first puff design. You will be very pleased with the results, as will your customers!

In this video, I show you exactly how to create a letter for the puff embroidery. I will go through the process, step by step, creating a full block T. The same process will work for any type of shape that you want to create for puff embroidery. I am using the Pulse Software, but the same principals will apply to any embroidery design software. You just have to figure out where the right tools are in your software to accomplish this. This will work in any embroidery software that has basic digitizing capabilities.
